HERVEY Bay My Kitchen Rules winners Dan and Steph Mulheron have welcomed their first baby, a healthy little girl.

The couple shared the happy news on their Facebook page on Friday night, posting a link to an article by Woman's Day.

The baby was born on April 23.

The Facebook post had attracted more than 19,000 "likes" and about 1700 comments from the couple's fans as of Saturday night.

Dan said all the couple's dreams had come true with the birth of their first child who was conceived after a lengthy fertility battle, with the couple turning to IVF to conceive their baby.

Speaking exclusively to Woman's Day, Dan said baby looked a lot like him so far and the couple shared an adorable photo of their baby's tiny feet.
