THE question of whether the Fraser Coast Regional Council should save Toogoom's Fixter Park from erosion has split the community.

An online poll shows the result so far is evenly split after almost 60 votes have been cast.

Readers can still vote in the poll which will remain open until noon on Friday, November 15.
