Drivers need to learn the road rules

EVERY  time I go out I wonder if I will return in one piece because of drivers who don't obey the road rules.

I use an electric wheelchair and as such I am considered a pedestrian and use the footpath where ever possible. drivers when entering or leaving private property must give way (this includes to pedestrians).

Please note this means when you are entering or leaving shopping centres!

I have checked this with both the Dept of Transport and Hervey Bay Police station so please be careful and we will all arrive where we are going safely.
