With only five days to go until the election, the identity of 11 candidates who will lead the region remains hard to pick.

This being the case, it is important for voters to know as much about the candidates as possible.

All candidates who could be contacted were offered the chance to participate in today's election liftout, and almost all took that opportunity to tell residents in their own words why they deserved votes.

There will also be a comprehensive list of polling booth locations and which streets form the boundaries for each division.
