THERE is no doubt the Fraser Coast is kicking the kilos!

With 116 runners on board with the Fraser Coast Chronicle's 12-week challenge, a whopping 770km has been walked in total from our club's members on the mobile phone app, Strava.

And that's just in the first week.

To put that into perspective, the Chronicle's Kick The Kilos club have walked/ran the equivalent from Hervey Bay to passed Coffs Harbour in New South Wales.

It's an amazing effort and congratulations to everyone who has been involved so far.

If you're a bit late to the party, don't fret, there's no cut off date to join in on the 12-week long fitness challenge.

Just download the mobile app Strava, spend two minutes signing up and joining the Fraser Coast Chronicle's club.

Remember before each workout to hit record on the app so your distance is added to the tally.

With the Fraser Coast up against 13 other regions from across Queensland and New South Wales, it's our opportunity to prove we are one of the fittest regions out there. For more information email editorial@
