A MINOR crash slowed traffic on the Maryborough-Hervey Bay Rd near the United service station on Wednesday morning.

Two cars were involved in the crash, a Mazda 323 driven by a 23-year-old woman and a Ford Falcon, driven by a 49-year-old man.

Police, ambulance and fire crews attended the scene of the crash, which happened about 8.10am.

Ambulance and fire crews left the scene early and a police spokesman said there were no injuries.

A tow truck removed the car from the scene while police directed traffic around the area.
