Missing Point Vernon millionaire claims prize house

A POINT Vernon man who was unable to be contacted after winning a $1.9 million house in the RSL Art Union has cashed in his winning ticket.

RSL union management managed to track down the man and let him know about his lucky win earlier this week.

With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a study, the home has uninterrupted views of Kirra beach on the Gold Coast.

The man, aged in his 50s, has been a regular ticket buyer in the RSL's lotteries for the past seven years.
