Motorcyclist clocked doing 201kmh on the Bruce Hwy

POLICE have clocked a motorcyclist doing 201kmh on the Bruce Hwy at Cherwell, north of Howard - a whopping 101kmh over the speed limit.

Howard police charged the motorcycle rider with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and impounded the motorcycle on the evening of September 8.

On the same evening, police also issued another high speed suspension traffic infringement after a driver was recorded doing 150kmh on the highway at Cherwell.
