THREE men have appeared in Maryborough Magistrates Court facing charges of unlawful possession of regulated fish and failing to comply with regulated fishing apparatus or regulated fishing method declaration.

George Joseph Johnson, 60, Warren William NcNee, 58, and Thomas Arthur Grady, 45, each appeared before the court yesterday and had their charges adjourned until June 10.
