Two taken to hospital with minor injuries after crash

TWO men have been taken to Hervey Bay Hospital with minor injuries after an early morning crash on the Pialba Burrum Heads Rd at Eli Waters on Wednesday.

Hervey Bay police senior constable Jules Tyson said a 39-year-old man lost control of his vehicle on a wet road about 6.30am and slid sideways into the right lane where another vehicle hit his car.  

The driver of the second vehicle was a 59-year-old man who also sustained minor injuries.
