The Fraser Coast Chronicle scooped the pool at last night's Pacific Area Newspaper Publishers' Association awards on the Gold Coast, winning three awards.
The Chronicle was also named runner-up in the Newspaper of the Year category.
The Chronicle took home the PANPA award for best marketing event for our involvement in the World's Greatest Pub Crawl.
We also won the young readers award for our innovative and landmark series Let's Learn Butchulla, which has been bringing local Aboriginal language into the region's classrooms.
The third prize was in the circulation section for our Secrets of the Sandy Strait aerial photo feature.
