Bureau of Meteorology senior forecaster Gavin Holcombe predicts temperatures will be five to eight degrees above the average today and tomorrow.
The maximum for both days is expected to be 30 degrees.
Wednesday will also be a hot one, however Mr Holcombe says there will be slight relief with the mercury only two to four degrees above normal for this time of year.
Fraser Coast residents can also expect light to moderate north-east to north-west winds and there is a high to very high fire danger warning.
