John is a full qualified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, with level 1 training in a number of different sports including Ultimate Disc, Touch Footy, Athletics (running), Swimming and many more.
He believes that the camps are here for clients to achieve their goals and will work with you to achieve them.
Everyone has their own reasons to train. Here are just a few. Maybe you want to keep fit, sports specific training, have more energy, lose weight or maybe you want to get into the police force or army we have people doing that right now in our camps.
