Swing High Counselling for Children

Swing High is devoted to the well-being of children and their families. Children are accepted the way they are with their own unique needs and challenges. Each child is encouraged to express his/her own thoughts and feelings in their own way through play.

Research has found Play Therapy to be an effective therapeutic approach to help children aged 3 to 12 years with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties such as excessive anger, fear sadness, worry and shyness. Such therapy can assist children adjust to family changes of separation and divorce: help children with behavioural difficulties at home and at school such as making friends, abuse and neglect, grief and loss, and many other challenges.
