Decade of cancer fundraising at Golden Shores raises $90,000

THE Golden Shores Lifestyle Resort in Hervey Bay hosted one of several cancer morning tea events across the Fraser Coast day.

More than 300 people attended the event to raise money to battle the deadly disease.

The village has hosted a cancer morning tea each year for the past decade and raised more than $90,000 for the cause.

After this year it hopes to reach the remarkable milestone of $100,000.
