87-lot housing estate approved for development at Craignish

A SITE once zoned to become a caravan park at Craignish will become a housing estate with 87 lots approved for development.

The land parcel on the corner of Pialba Burrum Heads Rd and Dundowran Rd will be built in three stages.

The entrance to the estate will be from Dundowran Rd.

Divisional councillor Rolf Light praised the investment in Craignish and said he would push for the Pialba Burrum Heads Rd to be made safer.
