Four men charged with terrorism after Curtis Cheng shooting

FOUR men were charged yesterday with terrorism offences over the murder of NSW Police accountant Curtis Cheng.

Mr Cheng was leaving work when he was shot dead, allegedly by a 15-year-old boy, on October 2.

The men, aged 18, 20, 22 and 23, are accused of conspiring to carry out that attack and will face court today.

"This is an ongoing investigation but we believe these four people are principals involved in the terrible crime that was committed," NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Catherine Burn told a media conference.
