Support for separated families

APPOINTMENTS will be available to Child Support Agency customers seeking consultations from CSA in Maryborough as of October 6.

“Personal appointments are an opportunity for parents to discuss any issues or concerns about child support face-to-face with a CSA customer service officer,” CSA Bundaberg Team Leader Troy Roberts said.

“Maryborough has around 2500 registered separated parents in the area.

“This means it is highly important for parents to get access to the support services they need and to understand all their options when it comes to child support.”

Parents can access detailed information about the Child Support Scheme, their rights and responsibilities and support services available for separated families, as well as use the website to update their personal details or communicate with CSA staff on the CSA website at www.csa.gov.au.

Bookings are essential; telephone 131 272.
