 Where: Gatakers Artspace, Kent St, Maryborough

 What: Enjoy a relaxing night at the beautiful Gatakers Artspace with music and art. Watch artists at work with a woodcarver, painters, and sculptors - and view the latest exhibitions at Gatakers Gallery.

 Where: Fair Haven Le Shoppe, Neptune St, Baddow

 What: Bag a bargain with half-price clothing, shoes, handbags, curtains, manchester and a variety of crockery.

Funds raised go towards buying goods for Fair Haven Retirement Village.

 Where: Gallery 5, Sandy St, Urangan

 What: Hervey Bay Art Society's monthly exhibition provides residents and visitors with the opportunity to view the work of experienced local artists.

This month is the Red Exhibition, which are artworks with a red focus.

 Where: 34 Power Rd, Gympie

 What: Visitors may browse the dedicated alpaca boutique, watch spinning and alpaca husbandry demos, children may feed alpacas, walk and groom alpacas, prepare alpaca muesli, and do alpaca craft activities.

 Where: Pier Park, Urangan

 What: This "Welcome to autumn" market will have some new stalls this month including food, vegetables, selected craft, and the new Splatt Ball stall.

There will be a jumping castle, face painting, live music and plenty of parking space.

 When: Saturday, 6.30pm

 Where: Urangan Community Centre, Elizabeth St, Urangan

 What: The Hervey Bay Council for the Arts is set to host a night of fabulous fun and frivolity with terrific performances by youth violinist Brandon Woods and cellist Fletcher Blight-Brennan.

A mystery and mayhem game will involve guests solving clues throughout the night to win a prize.

There will be a quiz, lucky door prize and raffles.

There will be tea, coffee and finger food and the first glass of wine is free. Bookings to Kerrie on 0417 718 490.

 Where: Broweena Museum Complex

 What: Celebrate Broweena's Pioneer Day with working demonstrations and displays including blacksmithing, rope making, cross-cut sawing, chaff cutting, corn cracking, butter making, separating cream, old-fashioned washing and ironing, antique cars and bikes and country music by The Hardings.

 Where: Hervey Bay Men's Shed, 459 Boat Harbour Dr, Pialba

 What: The aim is to raise awareness of the Men's Shed, while also raising much-needed money to fund an urgent expansion of the current facilities that have become too small to meet the needs of the growing Hervey Bay Community.

The garage sale will have loads of excess tools, second-hand goods, completed wood projects and machinery on offer. A sausage sizzle will be running all morning. There will also be an opportunity to check out the shed and the projects under way; in particular the boat which has been a long term project but is nearing completion.

 Where: Burrum Heads, meet at Lions Park car park.

What: This family friendly group invites local musicians to perform on stage.
