Fun slide at pony club break-up

MEMBERS of the Maryborough Pony Club dived head first into their annual break-up and presentation day.

Riders swapped their bridles and saddles for togs and goggles when the club gathered at the Maryborough Aquatic Centre for its end of year celebrations earlier this month.

A “huge” inflatable slippery slide was the focal point of the celebrations and the trophy presentation, headed by Santa, was a winner with the kids.

If you would like to know more about the Maryborough Pony Club or would like to join, the club’s webmaster recently updated the website at www.maryboroughponyclub.org.au, which now includes up-to-date newsletters, contact details, membership costs and a calendar of events.

A sign on-day will be held for the club on January 31, 2010, at Maryborough Showgrounds.
