Blackout hits about 3000, mainly in Tinana and Granville

ABOUT 3000 Ergon Energy customers, primarily in Tinana and Granville, lost power from 8.39am on Friday.

An Ergon Energy spokesman said power was restored to the Tinana customers at 9.07am and the Granville customers at 9.11am.

He said in both cases, no faults requiring repair were identified and attempts to re-energise the lines were successful.
