Boonooroo man charged after allegedly pawning jewellery

A 22-YEAR-old man from Boonooroo has been charged with a fraud-related offence after he allegedly pawned a number of stolen jewellery items.

He appeared in court on Tuesday and has been remanded in custody after two counts of fraud and one count of receiving stolen goods were added to the charges.

The man is set to reappear in court on May 6.

He has also been charged with a break and enter offence.
