BOQ's Mobile Banking wins award

BOQ’s Mobile Banking solution has been named Australia’s best for the second time at the second annual Amber Awards.

The Amber Awards, held last night in Sydney, recognise excellence in eServices and eCommerce.

BOQ Head of Direct Banking Craig Broomfield said it was fantastic their mobile banking solution was being recognised.

“BOQ’s Mobile Banking links customers to Internet Banking through their mobile phone so you can login with the same credentials and your existing payees and billers are already available,” Mr Broomfield said

“And our Mobile Banking lets customers use their mobile phone to check their balances, pay bills, transfer money across their own accounts and into other people’s, and authorise transactions on company accounts.”

Finalists for the inaugural AMBER Awards were selected from a field of more than 100 organisations. These were then narrowed down based on a nationwide customer satisfaction survey and results from an independent online user experience lab testing facility.

You can find out more about BOQ’s mobile banking solution on their online mobile banking site.

A full list of Amber Award winners can be found on the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association website.
