Bowen Convenience Store reopening

Bowen Convenience Store is back in the news:

After being destroyed by Cyclone Debbie, the Bowen Convenience Store will be reopening on 29th January 2018.

"After many months of trying to get the store back to pre-cyclone condition, we are delighted that we are now able to serve the community of Bowen and the surrounding areas once again" Says owner, Lester Nichols.

"We look forward to welcoming back our customers and we will be providing some specials for two weeks after opening".

It has not been an easy road for the owners during this time.

The Bowen Convenience Store was deemed unsafe by authorities after the Cyclone, losing all stock and contents. But after working with the insurance companies and various Government Support Departments the store is going to be back up and running in 2018.

The Store will be even more convenient for the community, as it will offer Golden Casket products, quality barista like coffee, hot food, frozen slushies and so much more.

"We kept our spirits high throughout this time to make sure we were able to get back to servicing the community that we love".

Visit the Bowen Convenience Store from 7am, 29th January 2018.
