Caboolture woman who bit police officer has case adjourned

A CABOOLTURE woman who allegedly bit a police officer so hard he bled through his uniform and vest has had her case adjourned to later this month.

Jeanie Anne Reid faces four charges, including seriously assaulting and obstructing a police officer.

Fairfax reported she was arrested at the Fortitude Valley train station in September and allegedly bit the officer as he attempted to restrain her.

The case was adjourned for a mention on November 30.
