A DRIVER involved in a crash on Ibis Blvd in Hervey Bay has been fined after failing to give way. 

Emergency Services were called to the two car crash around 4.30pm Monday. 

Police said the driver of a Ford Focus failed to give way resulting in the crash. 

Extensive damage was done to both cars and traffic delays were in place while crews made the area safe.  

Both vehicles were towed away from the scene on Monday evening.

No-one was hurt as a result of the crash.
