Case adjourned for man charged with possessing ecstasy

A MAN who was allegedly found with more than 5000 ecstasy tablets in his car has had his matter adjourned.

Jason Peter John O'Toole did not appear in Hervey Bay Magistrates Court on Thursday when the matter was mentioned briefly.

O'Toole is currently on bail granted by the Supreme Court.

He has not entered a plea to any of his charges which include possessing dangerous drugs, speeding and driving without a licence.

The matter will return to court on February 11 next year.
