Classic glamour at FCAC formal

SOME stood out and otherswere happy to blend in but every student who attended the Fraser CoastAnglican College Year 12 formal at Peppers Pier Resort on Saturdaynight looked beautiful.

Brie Kupke and York Von Negenborn were the first to arrive, both in black.

Brie said she was “pumped” to be there and looking forward to a night of fun.

Anarray of vehicles brought the students to the formal, from a Dingodigger and a cattle truck to a Rolls Royce and a stretch limo.

Kimberly Vandenborn and Chris Hetherton had spent four long weeks getting ready for their big night.

“We’re ready to party,” Kimberly said.

Emilie Cameron made a bold colour choice in a hot pink dress.

Her partner, Matthew Mortimer, wore a matching hot pink tie and handkerchief, setting the dress off perfectly.

“I saw it and I said: ‘That’s the dress I want,’” she said.

Hannah Wildey wanted a unique dress to wear to the formal – and she definitely found one.

The dress was aqua with gold sequins cascading down, giving it a two-tone effect.

“I was looking for something unique and different and I just fell in love with it,” Hannah said.

Her partner, Daniel Hindmarsh, wore matching aqua accessories.
