Community invited to plant trees in Pialba's Apex Park

A NOT-for-profit group has invited the community to a tree planting event in Hervey Bay on Wednesday, September 11.

Community Solutions said a free sausage sizzle would be held at the event in recognition of Disability Action Week.

Participants are asked to wear a hat, sunscreen, covered footwear and insect repellent to plant trees at Apex Park, entered via Hillyard St, opposite Officeworks.

RSVP by Tuesday, September 10, to Rebecca Riley on 4122 3522 or rebecca.riley@communitysolutions.org.au.
