Daring feats on show as circus rolls up
FIFTH-generation circus performer Shane Lennon is excited to present the Great Moscow Circus to the Fraser Coast.
The ringmaster said it was the first time in about 20 years the entourage had travelled to Maryborough.
"The company's 50th anniversary is a milestone and the audience can expect world-class acts," he said.
The show, touring regional Australia, has about 30 performers to wow the crowds.
Acts include the six Globe of Death motorbike riders from Brazil, Russian springboard specialists and tight-rope world champion Ashley Brophey.
The shows begin tonight at the Maryborough Showgrounds and will continue daily to Sunday.
