AllStarrs celebrate in style

THE KIDS from Hervey Bay’s AllStarr Tennis Academy celebrated their achievements in style when they travelled to Round Island for a day of snorkelling.

The 18 elite squad members from the academy put down their tennis racquets and got away from the heat for the day.

More than 80 juniors also attended a fun day at the Colyton Street grounds, playing some tennis, enjoying a barbecue, going down a slide and joining in the fun on the jumping castle.

“It’s nice to see our families and juniors enjoying themselves without any pressure of competition,” coach Steve Starr said.

“It was an all-round enjoyable, relaxing day for all.”
