Dr Dorothy not slowing down as she celebrates 80th birthday

AT THE grand age of 80, Doctor Dorothy Ratnarajah hasn't shown any signs of slowing down.

She celebrated her birthday among family, friends and colleagues last Friday night at the Waterfront Restaurant,

The active Dr Ratnarajah still works at the Wide Bay Women's Health Clinic two days a week.

Her colleague Virginia Roesner organised the party and told the Chronicle it was a great success.

Photographs were collected from various groups, placed in a scrapbook and presented to Dorothy.

Ms Roesner said the highlight of the night was the presentation by Danny Mattson of Rotary International's Paul Harris Fellowship.
