Easy Fresh Banana Icecream

Put a few whole ripe bananas into the freezer for at least 24 hours. When ready to make icecream remove from freezer and let stand for 15 mins. Peel, break into chunks and put in food processor. You will need to use enough bananas to cover the blades at the bottom of the processor. Processes for 3 - 4 minutes. The bananas will eventually turn white, whip up and increase in volume. Top with fresh passionfruit or strawberries.
