Ex-prisoner skips court

A FORMER prisoner charged with assaulting a corrective services officer could end up back in jail after failing to appear in court.

Angus Charles Sullivan was due to appear in Maryborough Magistrates Court yesterday.

He had been released from jail last week after being found not guilty of robbing a Maryborough pensioner.

Magistrate John Smith issued a warrant for Sullivan’s arrest.
