JACKSON Felton is eying a return to form when Pro Bull Riding Australia's Rural Weekly Live Series rolls in to Hervey Bay on Saturday.

Felton hails from northern New South Wales town Kyogle, and followed his dad Lindsay into the sport.

While he has competed for "about six or seven years", Felton has been around the sport his whole life.

"I've seen photos of the old man when he rode bulls when he was younger, and I thought I'd give it a go," Felton said.

"I ride every weekend if I can. I'm doing a bit more travelling for it this year."

Felton fell in his last ride at Cairns a month ago, and the 21-year-old said he not only wanted to regain form, but was aiming to win.
