Fire at Burrum Heads is under control

A FIRE broke out at Burrum Heads on Friday afternoon about 3.15pm.

A shed and ute caught alight before flames spread causing a grass fire.

Two urban and two rural fire crews had the blaze under control by 4pm.

A fire-pit left unattended is believed to have caused the fire.
