Flood of viewers at Riverview

WHETHER you think they are impressive or imposing, the new units on the corner of March and Wharf streets in Maryborough have got a huge amount of attention from prospective buyers.

Marketer Michael Bowling from Urban Green Group said more than 100 people had inspected the Riverview on March units in the past two weeks.

While no formal contracts have eventuated from the inspections, four or five interested buyers are discussing preliminary contract details with the marketers.

Developer Ron Blyth said feedback on the apartments’ outlook and internal design had exceeded his expectations.

“Back in the design phase we wanted to ensure that the living areas took full advantage of the unique position and captured the natural light to create an inviting and relaxing living space – I think the public agrees,” Mr Blyth said.

The unveiling of Riverview on March just before Christmas was heralded as “a defining moment for the city of Maryborough” by councillor Gerard O’Connell.

The complex of six apartments is directly opposite the Mary River Parklands and all units have stunning river views from the living areas and balconies.

Each unit has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living spaces and security video intercom.

The apartments are priced from $799,000 to $1.15 million.

Anyone interested in inspecting the units can call Urban Green Group on 1300 850 321.
