Fraud trial aborted and rescheduled

THE Yalanga Station fraud trial did not proceed on Friday.

Rahoul Ray and Erwin Walter Filler pleaded not guilty earlier this week to all seven fraud charges they faced over the Sunshine Coast property sale.

This week's trial was aborted on Friday morning for undisclosed matters concerning the jury.
