Girl missing from Richlands found safe and well

UPDATE: A 16-year-old girl reported missing from Richlands has been located safe and well.

 

EARLIER: Police are appealing for public assistance to help find a missing 16-year-old girl from Richlands.

The girl was last seen in Inala on April 2 and was intending to travel to Southbank.

She then advised she would be staying at a friend's place in Carina and was expected to return on April 3.

She has not been in contact since.

Concerns are held for her safety as she suffers from a medical condition.

The 16-year-old is described as African, 170cm tall, of average build with black hair.

She was last seen wearing blue denim shorts, a white t-shirt with a black blouse and was carrying a black and white handbag.
