The Great Australian Bake Off's top three headed for finale

ONLY three bakers are still standing in The Great Australian Bake Off kitchen.

Suzy, Sian and Jasmin will battle it out next week for the title of the country's best amateur baker in Foxtel's hit revival of the food show.

Tonight's show saw the three women, as well as eliminated baker Angela, create gourmet doughnuts, a passion fruit tart and three high tea show-stoppers.

Mackay-based baker Jasmin, the only Queenslander remaining in the competition, bounced back from a lacklustre pastry week to impress judges Matt Moran and Maggie Beer with her delightful doughnuts.

Moran declared she had her "mojo" back thanks to her trio of soft, yet crunchy creations.

Sian was named star baker of the week, though, for her delicate, intricately layered trio of high tea cakes. One featured the sophisticated combination Earl Grey and blueberries.

Despite shining in the technical bake, country baker Angela was sent home for her simple, but not overly creative high tea offering.

The Great Australian Bake Off finale airs next Tuesday at 7.30pm Qld, 8.30pm NSW on Foxtel's LifeStyle FOOD channel.
