Guess what else police use their notebooks for

THE POLICE notebook is a lot more versatile than just a place for officers to write.

Police officers are also using the notebook as a measuring stick.

The small version of the official police notebook is about 90mm wide making it the perfect implement to check if a car's modifications comply with the Australian Design Rules.

By law, a vehicle cannot be lower than 100mm from the ground.

This means that if a police officer cannot fit their notebook under a car while it stands on its side, the vehicle is too low.
