UPDATE: A boy reported missing from Kleinton four days ago has been found safe and well after a public appeal.

Police thank the public for its help locating the 11-year-old.

TUESDAY 4.30PM: Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate an 11-year-old boy reported missing from Kleinton in the Toowoomba area.

The boy was last seen leaving a fast food restaurant on Highfields Rd at Highfields on Saturday, and has since been sighted in the Toowoomba CBD at about 1:30am today.

Police hold concerns for his welfare due to his age.

He described as Aboriginal in appearance, about 155cm tall, of a slim build with black hair and brown eyes.

The boy was last seen wearing a black Everlast hoody and black tracksuit pants.
