Hundreds enjoy them-elfs at M’boro’s carols

MARYBOROUGH'S Queen Park "hills" came alive with the sound of young families enjoying the Apex Santa Fair and Maryborough's Carols in the Park yesterday.

Stalls selling delicious delights kept tummies filled as kids enjoyed camel and train rides, puppet show entertainment, a live nativity scene with real farm-yard animals and more in the open air.

Santa and Mrs Claus also greeted show-goers with cheery cries of "Ho ho ho" while handing out gifts.

After the Apex Santa Fair, families cosied up for the night's carol performances.

Jazzy and bright Christmas song renditions kept the crowd entertained.
