Just read on media news bulletion that China's economy is not responding to a rash of stimulating policies and is decorating more rapidly than expected will this prevent our not so bright fraser councillors going ahead with their so called TRADE MISSION to China as if they still go what purpose is it going to serve to attempt to trade with a country with a failing economy system
