Jessica Rowe rounds out Ten's new mornings line-up

JESSICA Rowe rounds out the panel of Ten's new mornings show Studio 10.

The former Today show co-host and Seven newsreader joins Ita Buttrose, Joe Hildebrand and Sarah Harris at 10 seven years after her court battle with the network.

"As soon as viewers see Jess interact with Ita, Joe and Sarah, they'll see why we chose her to be part of the team," said Studio 10 executive producer Rob McKnight.

"Jess brings a strong journalistic background to the role. She will not be afraid to take on the

rest of the panel and stand up for what she believes in."

In a statement released by Ten, Rowe said she was happy to return to the network which gave her her first big break as a primetime Sydney newsreader.

"I love a chat, and as someone who has always worn my heart and opinions on my sleeve, it's an honour and thrill to be part of the fantastic Studio 10 team," Rowe said.

"What a privilege to work with the iconic Ita Buttrose, the oddly charming Joe Hildebrand and the naughty but nice newshound Sarah Harris.

"Ten has always held a very special place in my heart, and it's exciting to be given this wonderful opportunity."

Studio 10 will debut later this year as part of Ten's new morning line-up, spearheaded by former Sunrise producer Adam Boland, with new breakfast show Wake Up.

It will be broadcast live from Ten's Pyrmont studios in Sydney and feature an in-the-round set and live studio audience.
