Law tied for fifth after two rounds at UCF Challenge

MARYBOROUGH's Kate Law is tied for fifth heading into the final round of the UCF Challenge.

Law, who is in her sophomore year at East Carolina University, shot a five-below par opening round and carded an even score in the second at the three-day event.

Kate's comfortable to call East Carolina University home

Played at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Orlando, Florida, the UCF Challenge attracted 96 golfers.

Law hit four birdies and four bogies to finish even in her second round.

She had previously sat in three-way tie for fourth after her best score of 67 (five-under par) in the first round.

The last round will be played overnight (AEST).
