Lisa Curry in Facebook confession: I'm a happy hooker!

SUNSHINE Coast swim great Lisa Curry has confessed to her Facebook followers she's a happy hooker.

In a cheeky post, which had even her friends wondering what she was talking about, she wrote:

"It's time to come clean and tell you my secret as I can't keep pulling the wool over everyone's eyes.....

"I've been in stitches all day trying to work out how to tell you!

"It started off one day when I was having a yarn with my friend....and we were talking about life and how stressful it is sometimes, and started discussing how to calm the mind and turn off.....just lie there and be creative with our hands.

Lisa Curry posted this photo of her first job as a 'hooker' on Facebook.

"(Her friend) Kathy has been doing it for a while and she was telling me how excited she gets thinking about it and doing it, and most importantly, getting the job finished.

"I witnessed her work first hand and how she does it... even her hubby loves her doing it, so I thought I'd join in.

Yes.... I've become "one of them".... a hooker...!!

"Please don't judge me. I know it's out of character, but it really is good for the soul.

"It's fun, it's relaxing and it's addictive. Just doing lines is fun! You can do it alone, or with a friend.

In the post, she says even her boyfriend Joel Walkenhorst has had a go.

"I've been looking around for fellow hookers and found a few of them in the closet, but they said they were happy when they finally came out.

"The great thing about it is, you can do it anywhere!

"So far, I've been doing it behind closed doors as it's been a secret, I didn't even tell my mum or my kids, but now they all know, they're really happy for me...especially my mum, whose own mum (my nana) was also a committed hooker.''

She followed the puzzling post later with pictures of some of her handiwork, including a crochet rug for her daughter Morgan Kenny in Paris.

It seems a $1500 fine was not enough to teach him a lesson.
