Man accused to trying to make meth to stand trial in M'boro

A MAN accused of trying to make methamphetamines has been committed to stand trial.

Herbert Alfred Dobe faced Maryborough Magistrates Court this week charged with possessing a condenser, a document detailing how to produce meth and items including glass and steel tubing, methylated spirits, a funnel, light, jars and air filters.

Dobe, 27, entered no plea and did not make any application for bail.

He will face trial in the Maryborough District Court on a date to be set.
