Man caught drink driving in same spot, four hours apart

A 31-YEAR-old man was caught drink driving twice in the same place on Sunday.

Police pulled the man over on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay, where he had an alleged blood alcohol content of 0.136%.

A police representative said the man was caught again four hours later in the same spot in Torquay, this time with an alleged reading of 0.143%.

He has been charged with two counts of drink driving and was also charged for driving unlicensed the second time he was pulled over.

The man will face court next month.
