Man charged after alleged outburst at real estate agency

POLICE were called to a real estate agency at Scarness on Saturday morning to deal with an irate customer.

Sergeant Paul Byrne said the 33-year-old man was allegedly yelling abuse at staff because he was unhappy at being evicted from a property.

He was charged with being a public nuisance and was issued with a notice to appear in the Hervey Bay Magistrates Court.
